Abstract: In this talk I will review the most recent trajectory of the AUDIAS group in the field of Sound Event Detection (SED), highlighting our participations in DCASE evaluations (Task 4) from 2020 to 2023. Then, I will review the main novelties of the 2024 edition of this SED task and the main novelties of the best systems submitted to this evaluation. I will finish with a brief review of the latest papers on SED published on InterSpeech 2024.
