Abstract: Within the development of the doctoral thesis, whose objective is to work in the field of acoustic event detection, it has been carried out the implementation of several lines of research, such as using the technique of Transfer Learning from the field of image detection analysis to the field that concerns us, working spectrograms in different resolutions using systems such as VGG, RESNET, among others. We are also implementing novel systems in the field of imaging such as Selective Kernels and finally we are working on the use of the currently widely used transfomers systems adapted to audio.
