Abstract: A brief summary about my lecture, in relation to my doctorate we are exploring the idea of applying the transfer learning technique between the domain of computer vision to the objective of detecting acoustic events. The topic is about transfer learning technique, which is apply between object detection and classification in image and the detection events in audio, so in the lecture I will comment on the main concepts of transfer learning, as well as results are the main challenge behind this technique, and the different techniques, approaches and types that there are in the literature, especially in the world of computer vision, and I will finally comment on 3 examples in which we have found and they are related with fields of the image and audio and we have found them interesting.
